LUMI is a Real Estate Investment Platform with the capability and experience to deploy capital across
the capital stack.

Before co-founding LUMI, Luca served as the Managing Director for Värde, an international investment fund. In 2014, he established Värde's Italian office and completed significant real estate transactions over seven years. Before Värde, he was a Director at Carlyle Group's pan-European real estate fund, overseeing over €1.5 billion in office sector transactions. He also worked at Lazard in the real estate team.

Luca is currently on the boards of Tecma Solution SPA, Borio Mangiarotti SPA, and Impreme SPA, and he is the President of Ariadne SICAF and various investment vehicles established by Värde in Italy. He served on the board of directors of Guber Banca from 2017 to 2021 and on the board of directors of the Greek REIC Trastor from 2019 to 2022, where he was a member of the investment committee. Luca holds an economics degree from the University of Bergamo, completed an academic year at the University of Reading in the UK during his studies, and finished the Developing Emerging Leaders program at INSEAD in 2020.

Before co-founding LUMI, Mirko held pivotal roles at leading organizations in the real estate sector, including Värde, Generali Real Estate, and The Carlyle Group. His expertise in asset management spans Southern Europe, Italy, and beyond.
Mirko's career began with notable positions at BNP Paribas Real Estate and Pirelli Real Estate, providing him with a solid foundation and industry insights.

Currently, Mirko serves on the boards of Tecma Solution SPA, Borio Mangiarotti SPA, Walliance, Ariadne SICAF, and Impreme SPA, in addition to various investment vehicles established by Värde in Italy. His educational background includes a degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic University in Milan, complemented by a degree in Business Administration from Cattolica University of Milan. Mirko's diverse experiences and qualifications make him a valued professional in the real estate field.
